  Refund/Shipping policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

You can always contact us for any return questions at a.chaneycreations@gmail.com.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as digital items, special orders, customized or personalized items or those items that state, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL", in the description. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

All ready-to-ship orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number as long as you provide an email upon submitting your order. Due to some issues that most shipping carriers are experiencing, once your order ships, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged packages. If you have an issue with your order, please contact the carrier used to ship your order to you. All custom items will take at least 2 weeks to create, not including shipping.
